Is the most popular beach in Jomalig known as the Golden Sand beach of Jomalig Island.
Where pine trees abound and where the most beautiful sunset is always seen in the entire island and has sandbars along its stretch.
Kanaway Beach is also called Turtle Rock Beach because of its prominent rock formations that look like a mother and baby turtle lined along the wide sandbars visible during low tide.
These formations create iconic views in shades of green and blue, making this one of Jomalig's most photographed beach areas.
As the tide shifts, wave patterns and ripples appear in the sand, giving the shoreline a dramatic and ever-changing look.
Alog Beach aka Little Boracay is a prime white sand beach line that is very comparable to the quality of the white sand of Boracay that is popularly known for but has unadulterated pristine Aqua blue waters unlike that of Boracay.
But ALOG BEACH too is a very long white sand beach line that stretches from Lingayen Cove up to Appad beach roughly 5 kilometers stretch too, more or less.
So, What does Boracay have that ALOG or LITTLE BORACAY of JOMALIG doesn't have?
Come here and be the judge.
Lingayen Cove or Little Batanes is one of the Iconic beach spot in Jomalig which is facing the Great Pacific Ocean and is one of the most wanted to see by tourists for it has great sea views and has active waters every time.
It has a cove between two (2) small mountains and is perfect for selfies or picture taking as it can offer a lot of sea views and is breath taking to see.
This beach is actually one of my most favorite among the different beaches therein Jomalig.
I personally described it as a Brilliant Gold Pebbled Sand beach coz its sand is very unique as it is pebbled that you only realized it like that when you macro zoom its sand from your camera 4 or 10 times. Then you will see very minute shells of different kinds. Giving you the idea how Great our God Almighty is creating the tiniest of the tiniest living creatures that all of it has purpose of co-existence.
Sadong beach is likewise very popular because of it's numerous and colorful rock formations on it's sandbars that it is best to come here when it's Low Tide, to see all these God's wonderful sculptures of rocks that No Man can ever create or duplicate with his hands.
This iconic lone tree in the middle of the Casuguran Hills and valleys is one of the most sought after for picture taking as Legend has it, that if you don't have a loved one yet and you take a photo or a selfie under this tree, you would eventually have your forever love.
But if you already have a loved one and you still took pictures with this tree, then you will have more... and more problems too, i guess. Hahaha
Jomalig is exactly 75 nautical miles south of Polilio Group of Islands and is 25 minutes away by small boat from Patnanungan .
8 hours away by land and by sea, Or just 45 minutes from Manila/ Bulacan by plane. Depends on your travel fancy.
The Practical One (Included in All Tour Package)
1st is by Land, From pick-up point usually. In Legarda, Manila near Raymond bus terminal. You ride a Van provided by us either as a solo or as a group. The van travels very early in the morning of your selected date of travel or by late evening (the night before) the selected date of your Jomalig tour. It’s a 4 hour- land trip so you just sleep on it and by very early morning like either 5 or 7 AM you arrived at Real, Quezon where Port Real is.
The 2nd trip is by Sea- From Port Real, you ride a boat and that’s a 3 to 4 hours boat trip straight to Jomalig Island. It’s a long boat ride but I tell you it’s a safe and wonderful experience because when you finally reach Jomalig, your 8-hour trip definitely is worth it, because you will see Paradise. Just enjoy the ride
The Faster One (Optional, Not Included in Tour Package)
By chartered plane (3-seater or 6-seater), travel time is around 45 minutes to 1 hour from boarding to landing, with flights from Plaridel, Bulacan or Pasay, Metro Manila to Jomalig Island.
